REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy for non used items purchased from our website. Simply return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery and we will refund you. The following conditions must be met for a full refund, these are; product and packing must be unused, undamaged, and must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in. If these conditions are not satisfied, we unfortunately cannot process a refund. Please keep in mind we do not have a satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.
All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs. Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 14 days.

Please allow up to 14 days for your returned funds to be available in your bank account. Refunds will only be processed once your return is inspected.
WARRANTY
Cwick Curl products come with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Every Cwick Curl product is created to the highest standards, however, if for any reason you feel your product is not performing as it should be please email hellocwickcurl@gmail.com with evidence of the fault. A replacement or refund will be organized immediately.

If the fault can not be seen by video/photo evidence, postage must be arranged at your own expense. We will then assess the product and if it is due to manufacturing issues, you will receive a full refund of the postage costs and a replacement product will be issued.
This can take anywhere up to 2 weeks.
